Keep the valves in your 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke under control with the Powerstroke Products PP-6.7S-VS Heavy Duty Valve Springs. When increasing performance by elevating RPM and boost pressure in the 6.7L Scorpion Powerstroke, valve float becomes an issue and can cause serious damage to the valvetrain due to the weak factory valve springs. If running aggressive tuning on an otherwise stock truck with a factory VGT turbocharger, exhaust drive pressures increase which can force the valves open causing reversion. Reversion allows exhaust gasses to enter the cylinder where it shields fuel particles from oxygen. This causes a number of negative effects which decreases power. Having correct valve spring pressure should not be overlooked when trying to build horsepower. The Powerstroke Products heavy duty valve springs will keep you valves controlled!
