This loaded cylinder head is assembled with the Powerstroke Products heavy-duty valve springs and is ready for installation. Heavy duty valve springs are often overlooked on modified trucks. Valve float caused by aftermarket turbochargers and other modifications can cause serious damage to your engine. Correct valve spring pressures are vital when controlling the valvetrain and maximizing power output on your truck.
