3. Fitment Responsibility (STRICT LIABILITY ON CUSTOMER)

THIS IS A ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY.

You are solely responsible for verifying:

  • Engine type (e.g., 6.0L vs 6.4L vs 6.7L Power Stroke)
  • Configuration (e.g., 18mm vs 20mm heads)
  • Compatibility with your specific build
  • Supporting modifications required

By placing an order, you confirm:

  • You have verified compatibility
  • You understand the product specifications
  • You accept full responsibility for fitment

We are NOT responsible for:

  • Incorrect orders
  • Misidentified engines
  • Build mismatches
  • Assumptions made by the customer

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR FITMENT ERRORS.

4. Checkout Acknowledgment (Binding Agreement)

8. Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fees

Fees:

ANY SIGNS OF INSTALLATION = AUTOMATIC RETURN DENIAL

Failure to comply may result in:

15. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
